Decks are easy to buy and easy to forget. The test is a week later. Is something still running that was not running before? A loop, a tool, a shared language. Not a recording in a drive nobody opens.
What we put on the table

Who should be in the room
Product, ops, and the person who still keeps the sheet. If only leadership attends, you will redesign a process nobody runs. If only engineers attend, you will automate a happy path that does not exist. The useful room is mixed and small — eight to twelve people who will touch the work next week.
Formats and starting prices
Half-day sessions start at $3,500. Full-days start at $6,500. A team series starts at $15,000. Those are starting prices for a typical room. We confirm scope before we book the dates. The point of the number is honesty: you are buying an outcome in the room, not a day of slides.
How you know it worked
A week later, something is still running. That is the only workshop worth booking. If you want the build to continue after the room, that is a product engagement — apps or automation — not a longer deck.

Yes. That is the default. A generic sandbox teaches vocabulary. Your exceptions teach the work.
Is this for engineers only?
No. The useful room includes the operator who will refuse a bad write. See don’t let the model write to production.
