the challenge
Client work was living in email threads, call notes, and memory. Follow-ups slipped. Context reset every time a new conversation started. Unseen Engine needed a command system that turns every meeting, email, and call into living intelligence and action — not another pile of notes.
Our Solution
We built Eze CNS (Command Nervous System): an Obsidian-based operating system where Signals (meetings, calls, emails) become Intelligence (one living doc per client) and Actions (tasks and decisions with owners and dates). A Command Station dashboard is the real-time interface. Claude is the processor.
Gmail sync, structured schemas, and named skills (process-inbox, sync-client, morning-briefing) keep the system current without manual filing.

The results
- Live command station running Event Espresso and Good Hope as the first two fully instrumented clients.
- Every email, meeting, and call becomes a Signal; each client has a living Intelligence doc that is rewritten, not appended.
- Action items roll up automatically. Morning briefings and client syncs run from the same vault.
